Spectrum Gatling: found in the RR&DD labs in the south west portion of the map which is travelled to during the mission "a momentary taste of purpleberry", to unlock the case it is in you will need 8 diffrent colours of spectrum vodka which can all be found in the rizzo factory on the smaller island to the north east, they are all along the bar infront of the robot bartender.
Udder Buddy: very easy, just head to the northern island and speak to the npc mildred at the legal hunting supplies store to get a very straightforward quest, earned after completion

The achievement unlocks when you obtain the three science weapons available in the Murder on Eridanos for The Outer Worlds DLC. The three weapons do not all have to be in your possession at the same time. The requirement is that you pick up each of the three weapons when you encounter them. You may pick them up in any order. Picking up the third weapon pops the achievement. The 3 science weapons are:
Spectrum Gatling Gun: The Taste of Purpleberry main quest takes you to the Rizzo’s RR&DD Labs. Once inside, Dr. Blossom talks to you through the intercomm. You can see her through a window but can’t go to her directly. As you follow the quest’s tasking, you will, eventually, end up in the room on the other side of the window. The Spectrum Gatling Gun is in a display case in the center of the room.
To access it, you have to consult the terminal near the weapon and complete the task, At the End of the Spectrum. This requires collecting all colors of Spectrum Vodka with the exception of brown—8 in all. If you don’t have all 8 colors, look at your map. Take the bridge in the upper right of the main (Hotel) island to get to Rizzo’s Distillery. Enter through the main door and then go through the door to your right. You’ll find yourself in a room with more than one bottle of each of the colors you need--red, orange, blue, indigo, black, green, yellow, and violet.
Once you have all 8 colors, access the Spectrum Gatling Gun terminal in the Rizzo’s RR&DD Labs. You will lose one bottle of each of the 8 colors and the weapon case will open. Pick up the Spectrum Gatling Gun.
Udder Buddy: Cross the Bridge to the Wilderness. This is the largest ‘island’ larger than the hotel island. The main quest, Productivity Queen, will take you there but you can access it before you get the quest. Once across, take the elevator up and follow the path forward a little ways to LEGAL Hunting Supplies.
Talk to Mildred Lenox, on the customer side of the counter, to get a very simple side quest: Lost Little Milkmech. You have to find the lost auto-mechanical, Betty. Make the side quest active and kill the canids at the marker. Note that one of them is a mega-canid. Betty will return on her own. Go back to Mildred to get your reward that includes the Udder Buddy.
The Needler: The weapon does not become available until late in the game and is missable. During the Naked Hunch main mission, you must side with Ludovico or against him.

- Siding with Ludovico: This leads to The Story of Two Disasters quest. Go to the Pilothouse. Defeat Sedrick and flip the switch behind him to stabilize the reactor. Go to the PHAETON terminal. Someone will try to stop you. Kill your adversary and loot the body to obtain The Needler.
- Siding against Ludovico: You end up in the penthouse with a new partner during the The Bird Drug mission. Pickpocket or persuade (skill check 40) your new partner to obtain The Needler.

You will receive Spectral Gatling if you have 8 bottles of vodka of different colors in stock. They are all called “color” vodka. So don't sell them, they are all scattered around the first Loki they open. Also, if you sold it, then when you go through the game you will find more, but I’m not sure that all the colors are there.
