During the quest, The Last Role of Halcyon Helen, follow the quest marker and talk to Constable Keene. During the conversation, Dr. Goodnight gives you the Discrepancy Amplifier, a forensic tool. Equip it in a weapon slot. Press
to zoom in on Helen's body. Footprints next to the body become visible. Press 
to analyze them and pop the achievement.
