The achievement unlocks when the player-character opens a "mysterious package" delivered by the Halcyon Parcel Service (HPS). The achievement is story related and unmissable. The HPS will contact the Unreliable and deliver a package after either Radio Free Monarch or Signal Point in Space is completed and the Unreliable travels to a new destination. The package will be placed to the right of the makeshift cot in the open area where the ship's workbench is situated. Opening this package will cause a message from Lucky Montoya to play and pop the achievement.
