Nice and Easy, can be knocked out as soon as you reach Edgewater

If you explore a lot, you might find you’ve already picked up some fruit (carbs) and de-hydrated water (sugary drink)

Once in Edgewater, go the cantina. Buy yourself a bottle of cider, trip-teaz, and plain ‘n’ pure water. That’ll cover your alcohol, caffeine and sugary drink.

Pop over the road to the general store, and grab Bred Noodles and Gourmet Saltuna fillets for your carbs and meat. In total will cost you less than 100 bits.

Had some people report this as buggy, with the caffeine fix not registering.
Bk LuCKY ChaRMS found starting a new play through seemed to be the only way to get it working. Since this is so close to the start of the game it may be worth trying if you’re having issues

This can be attained as early as when you reach Edgewater for the first time.

You will get these items as you play the game and explore, but if you'd like to knock it out right away, go to the cantina, and here you'll be able to buy:
- Alcohol
- Sugary Drink
- Caffeine

Now, next door, go to the general store, and you can buy:
- Meat
- Carbohydrates

You can also steal these in the shops as well, but may give negative reputation. I would also recommend saving your game as to not waste bits or items before doing this.

Now, just go into your inventory and use 1 of each item type in 30 seconds.

- All of these items can be easily found throughout the game but you can just go to Edgewater and purchase the 5 necessary items

- You can see in the Menu the Item Descriptions that will tell you which of these bonuses come from each consumable

- Consume them all in succession and the achievement should pop right away

In this achievement guide I will show you how to simultaneously have a bonus for meat, carbohydrates, sugary drinks, caffeine, and alcohol. This achievement can be done early on. Just go to the vendors and merchants to check on the food items they have to sell. Just pay attention to the description box for the detail of what you will be needing. Once you have them all, simply put them into your inventory and hold the A button to use them. Once you consume all 5 at the same time the achievement will pop.

The achievement unlocks the first time the effects of meat, carbohydrates, a sugary drink, a caffeine drink, and alcohol are active concurrently. Assuming all five types of these consumables are possessed, open the inventory screen ( and consume at least one of each in quick succession by highlighting the item and holding to use it. The achievement will pop when you exit the inventory screen by pressing .

The duration of the effect varies for each consumable. Nevertheless, the timer does not start until you back out of the inventory screen. Thus, before pressing , you can check to see that all effects are active by pressing to go to the character screen and then tabbing over to details by pressing or . Status effects are shown in the center of the details screen with a list of names and durations for each effect.

The achievement can be unlocked well within the first hour of play when you get to the town of Edgewater in Emerald Vale. You may have picked up some consumables as loot. To complete the assortment, all 5 of these consumables are available for sale in Edgewater.

At the General Store, you can buy:
Meat: Gourmet Saltuna Fillets (Duration: 2 min.)
Carbohydrates: Mock Apple, Frozen Dinner, or Bred Noodles (Duration of each: 2 min.)

At the Cantina, you can buy:
Sugary Drink: Dehydrated Water or Plain 'n Pure Water (Duration of each: 30 sec.)
Caffeine Drink: Trip-Teaz or 2-Hour Energy Brew (Duration of each: 30 sec.)
Alcohol: Zero Gee Brew (Duration: 30 sec.)

Once you have all five of these types of consumables, use at least one of each type in quick succession as described above. The achievement will pop. If you don't like spending cash (bits) frivolously, you can reload a manual save made just prior to the purchases if playing on any mode other than supernova or the auto-save made upon entering town if playing on supernova difficulty.
