These are the achievements for Mission 12 of the single player campaign:
Mission 12:
Medals (Achievements):
1) Radar Tower Destroyed
2) Airfield Saved
1) You get the medal opportunity when you take the path on the South East of the map, to the radar area. The easiest way to get there is to use the map, it's kind of hidden behind an extending wall. Destroy the rader tower to achieve the medal.
2) You get this medal opportunity when you take the armored train around to where the airfield is. Destroy the nazis and save the airfield to achieve this medal.

When you get to the airfield, on level 12, capture it and set up a bunch of defenses. When you get to the train, move it along the track until you can see the airfield. Some enemies will attack the airfield, use the cannon to help protect the airfield.
