Grab a character with a sniper rifle (I used Nina on the Axis side). Aim carefully and just don't miss much through the course of ONE match. The achievement will pop once the match is over.

This is easily boosted.
Create a custom ranked match on Estate Assault. In Game Setup change the Initial Command Points to 50. Start the match and choose the character with a sniper. Shoot your partner once, then either of you spam Retire Squad (Back then X) until the match ends. You’ll have 100% accuracy from the single shot and the achievement will unlock.
