Like Expertiize said, boost with a friend on the Estate Assault Map. The person going for the achievement should spawn in and order a jeep while the other person does NOT spawn in. However, the fastest way to get the achievement is by driving the jeep straight to the other team's base. As soon as it becomes neutral, you win. This will save you a great deal of time when you are boosting for the "Prisoner of War Medal" achievement (200 losses in ranked quick matches). The "Victories Keep Piling Up" achievement (500 ranked quick match wins) can be obtained by using the quit-out method. However, the quit-out method does not register losses, only wins, so Lightning Victory must be done 200 times.

As I had just unlocked this achievement, I found this method to be the easiest and most importantly the quickest. First use these match settings:

Initial Command Points: 50
Respawn Delay: No Delay

The map and rest of match settings shouldn't matter. Now just have your boosting partner "retire squad". To retire press the "back" button and hit "X". I was able to finish the match in like a minute and achievement unlocked after.
