The quickest way by far to get this achievement is just to boost with one other person and suicide over and over again.
Initial command points : 50
respawn time : no delay
Any other settings do not matter.
When the match starts, the person going for the losses will press the back button, then X, then A.
This will "Retire your squad" and take 3 points off your score.
Repeat until your score reaches 0
Each match should take about 20-30 seconds in game, depending how quick you are at pressing the buttons.
