This is easy to get once you have gotten to the haunted mansion, near the beginning of the game.
Leave the first haunted mansion room you start in through the door on the bottom left. In the hallway, enter the door next to the huge mirror and you will be in a small room with racks of clothes. Pick up the baby doll on the floor. Exit to the hallway and enter the door opposite the lady's portrait (it's the only room you haven't been in yet that is unlocked). Walk up to the "lady" in the chair, open your inventory with
, and select the doll. A bloodless victory, indeed.
