Just a note this one did not unlock immediately for me on the first play through. I had to quit out of the game and restart my Xbox. I continued the game and then the achievement popped for me when I played through the ending the second time. It loads the game with in a minute of the final cut scene.

This also did not pop for me on the first playthrough. Restarting my Xbox was not needed for this to pop, just click continue game, watch the final cutscene and it should pop.

Wenn ihr am Ende nicht den Erfolg bekommt, was auch bei mir der Fall war. Dann startet die xbox neu und geht auf Spiel fortfahren und spielt nochmal das Ende. Der Erfolg müsste nach den 2 Videosequenzen kommen..

The only thing that worked for me (tried playing the ending 5 times) was back to dashboard, in options from the game close it. Then play and it popped.

This is a story related achievement and cannot be missed. It is acquired by completing the game.

for those having trouble unlocking this achievement try this

quit the game and exit to dashboard
click on
Manage game and add-ons —> Saved data —> Delete all - delete saves on the local console only

restart the game and let the save file resync from the cloud

click continue and finish the last couple minutes of the game, the achievement should unlock

Story related and cannot be missed. 

Make your way through the House of Horrors. When you get to the final area, there is a cutscene. When that finishes, the scene will change and there will be another cutscene. When that one is over and the credits start rolling, the achievement will unlock.
