This is a story related achievement and cannot be missed. It is acquired by picking up the flashlight on the table directly after riding the roller coaster.

I played through the game once and missed this achievement which isn't supposed to be possible since you need the flashlight, which I picked up, to enter the House of Horrors, the last area of the game.

I did a quick run through again (20 mins, it's a short game) and this time made sure to try and enter the House of Horrors without the flashlight FIRST to get the main character to say she wasn't entering without a flashlight. Then when I picked it up this time the achievement popped right away.

Story related, cannot be missed.

Once the rollercoaster ride has ended and you disembark from the cart, continue down the exit path and you will come across a small building with a table in front of it. On this table will be the flashlight. In order to pick up the flashlight, press when the words ‘Take Flashlight’ will appear on the screen. Once you pick it up the trophy will unlock. The below screenshot shows the location of the Flashlight on the table after disembarking from the rollercoaster ride:

Story related and cannot be missed. 

After you exit the rollercoaster (which lasts about a minute or so), walk down the landing and at the bottom is a picnic table with a flashlight on it. Press  to pick up the flashlight and the achievement will unlock.
