Just sit and ride thru the swan ride it should be the first ride you go to. You also will get

but make sure you look at him because it is missable.

You might want to add that this achievement is indeed missable. You can completely skip this first ride as its not necessary for continuing the story.

Gotta love it when supposedly unmissable achievements glitch out. I had to try this 3 different times before it popped. On the second try my entire console locked up and was unresponsive in the middle at the chipmunk. Glitchy game for sure.

Supposedly umissable @Scott? The solution states already for a few years, it is missable. And pretty bad no-one seemed to have flagged it so it gets updated. So just done that.

Has anyone had issues getting "Swans, gingerbread, and chocolate" to pop? I have rode that ride four times and nothing still

I have played this game before on old gamer tag and never had a problem. Now today this achievement is not unlocking. Ugh

Edit:
So I retried it 2 more times and nothing.
I started a new game and then it finally popped.

I'll try starting a new game like dead again said hopefully that'll work rode it 5 times already

Edit: Didn't work when I started a new game the first time started another new game then it unlocked midway through my second ride on that new game man this achievement was buggy

This is a story related achievement and cannot be missed. It is acquired by riding on the Tunnel of Tales. While on this ride, you can also get the Chad achievement about 1:30 into the ride.

Story related and cannot be missed. 

From the top of the escalator, walk straight and when the path splits, turn left and walk all the way to the end. This is where the Tunnel of Tales ride is. Walk onto the dock and press  to ride the swan. There is nothing you can do here except sit and wait for the ride to finish and enjoy the tale of Hansel & Gretel, which takes about 7 minutes.

There is a missable achievement during the ride called "Chad". About one and a half minutes into the ride, going around a curve to the left, if you look slightly left you will see a shadow of the park’s mascot, Chad the Chipmunk, standing on a rock. Move the camera so you are looking directly at him continuously and he will turn his head and stare at you. After a few seconds the "Chad" achievement will unlock.

When the ride is over, you will be back at the dock and the achievement will unlock. Your next stop will be the bumper cars (by way of the Octotron).
