How to unlock the The Shakes achievement in The Park - Definitive Guide

In the bumper cars arena there's one car with it's lights on. Simply interact with the paper on the car and watch the cutscene.

This is a story related achievement and cannot be missed. It is acquired by interacting with the paper on the bumper car at the back and triggering the event.

Story related and cannot be missed. 

After you pass the Octotron on a circular wooden platform, you enter the bumper car area. Enter the area through the right hand arch and walk to the far end of the arena and you will see a bumper car with its headlights on.There is an Accident Report sitting on top of the car. Press  to read it and the achievement will unlock.

You will have a vision after you sit in the bumper car of another bumper car careening out of control and crashing, showing you where to go next (the Ferris wheel).

Note: At the entrance to this ride, look for the lone bumper car along the fence to unlock the missable achievement "Shocking Revelations".
