This is a simple achievement to get, play a ranked 19x19 match to completion, win or lose, either by playing legitimately or by boosting with someone by passing and letting white win with komi.
If you are looking for a specific person to play against in a ranked match (either for boosting or just to play ranked against a friend) as of now (end of 2010) my friend and I had no problem finding each other, although it does seem to take a while to find someone to play against even if you click search at the same time.
Just make sure you are doing a ranked match, my friend set up our game and didn't realize it had to be ranked for the achievement and we played an hour long game only to realize we had to play again, lol. Luckily Go is fun so it wasn't a huge disappointment.

19 x 19 is the biggest board offered in the game. Simply have both players search for a 19 x 19 match. Once you are both matched up with each other just pass your first turns. You will both get the achievement when the match concludes.
