How to unlock the GLITCHED! achievement in The Plane Effect - Definitive Guide

Story-related and cannot be missed.
This trophy will unlock right before you complete the third chapter, City Lights. When you first interact with the "exit door" to finish the chapter, you'll be thrown into a glitch. All of these sequences will have the same concept and will require you to find one or more paper airplanes. When you have it, interact with the exit door again to leave the glitch, then interact with the door one final time to complete the chapter.
All of the trophies will unlock while "Guided Hints" is active. This mode will tell you exactly where you need to go and what you need to interact with it, so if you get stuck at all, be sure to turn that on via the options menu. You can easily turn it back off once you've progressed past the part that stumped you.

This is story-related and can't be missed. It will occur towards the end of the City Lights chapter.
Once you have called the taxi on the second payphone, head to the end of the road where there is a set of stairs leading to a yard. Try to approach the door at the end and your path will be blocked by a drone and a bird will fly down to the wire fence, and then off to the newspaper stand down the road.
Go to the newspaper stand and throw the paper at the bird which will then knock the sign off the stand, which will cause the steam to push the taxi up and down, which in turn will cause the drone to be distracted.
Return to the door you couldn't open previously. Enter the door, where you will be in the office you left earlier, with some subtle differences. Have a poke around here, grab the paper plane, and then leave.
Then exit the level through the door.
