How to unlock the GLITCHED!! achievement in The Plane Effect - Definitive Guide

Story-related and cannot be missed.
This trophy will unlock right before you complete the sixth chapter, Home Sweet Home. When you first interact with the "exit door" to finish the chapter, you'll be thrown into a glitch. All of these sequences will have the same concept and will require you to find one or more paper airplanes. When you have it, interact with the exit door again to leave the glitch, then interact with the door one final time to complete the chapter.
All of the trophies will unlock while "Guided Hints" is active. This mode will tell you exactly where you need to go and what you need to interact with it, so if you get stuck at all, be sure to turn that on via the options menu. You can easily turn it back off once you've progressed past the part that stumped you.
