How to unlock the GLITCHED!!!!! achievement in The Plane Effect - Definitive Guide

Story-related and cannot be missed.
This trophy will unlock as you progress through the twelfth chapter, The Event Horizon. Just as with the others, there will be a door that you interact with that will cause you to enter a glitch, the difference being that this one is the middle of a chapter versus the end. All of these sequences will have the same concept and will require you to find one or more paper airplanes. When you have them, interact with the door again to leave the glitch, then interact with the door one more time to continue on with the story.
All of the trophies will unlock while "Guided Hints" is active. This mode will tell you exactly where you need to go and what you need to interact with it, so if you get stuck at all, be sure to turn that on via the options menu. You can easily turn it back off once you've progressed past the part that stumped you.
