How to unlock the THE NERDS BEHIND achievement in The Plane Effect - Definitive Guide

You will need to get this in Chapter 12, The Event Horizon, before you earn QUANTUM ENGINEER
. Both of these will happen after you've collected the 5th photo required for FIVE GOOD TIMES 
. Not too long after you pick up that photo, you'll need to complete a puzzle sequence that requires the help of a little robot friend. The main gist is to power up 3 cylinders; one with a square symbol, one with a triangle symbol and one with a circle symbol.
The order you want to enter them in is Triangle - Circle - Square. When you're fully equipped in your new safety suit, the lights on the cylinders will turn off, but they'll still be open. Go back through any of the 3 and you'll be loaded into a replica of the Innovina office (the dev's office). Once you load in, the trophy will unlock.

MISSABLE I could not figure this out for the life of me so I tweeted the developers and they were kind enough to respond.
"SPOILER ALERT
In Level 12: after you get the space suit using the 3 teleport booths, if you use them again you'll find the secret room Nerd face
