This achievement is choosing to escape the planet with the Wardens ending.
To Unlock any of the endings, you need to build a "Large Explosive Device" under the Warden Sphere in the superalloy cave. This unlocks the ability to use the "Extraction Platform".
The Warden ending requires you to craft a Warden Key Detector and collect the 10 hidden Warden keys around the map. Put all 10 into the extraction platform and the option should show up.
