During the 3D section of this chapter, you will join up with a rocket that acts like a jetpack, and you will need to collect three parts of his dad. The final piece is located at the top of the desk. You'll climb up and reach a star projector, which is what you enter to fight and get the final piece. Jetpack on top of this big object, then climb on top further, and you'll see the Art Scrolls. Grab it for this achievement, and for Art Collector (100G) as well.
