I replayed from chapter 9 as everything was mentioned but i did not got the achievement. Do i need to replay the whole game for this achievement?

For concerned players. In Chapter 9 when Ryan is stabbed, you can pull out the knife out and still get this achievement provided you keep Ryan alive.

EDIT - After four playthroughs now, I think as long as you do not take his gun/ try to shoot him and do not pick like EVERY mean dialog option you will be fine when it comes to chapter 9.
Fast forward to when Laura and Ryan are in the Hackett estate near the end of chapter 9, and Laura and Chris are both in werewolf form attacking the Hacketts. If Laura and Travis both survived this sequence (which they will so long as Ryan shoots Chris and Travis does not kill Laura with the mirror piece because of Chapter 7 choices), she will thank Travis for not killing her with a piece of mirror, and they can choose to work together to kill Silas and end the infection for good.

Chapter 7 - as laura be as nice as possible to cop. Do not shoot or steal gun. Stab him with syringe (collected after cop leaves and you are free to roam cop station as Laura). Fast forward to chapter 9 at the estate. I Believe you must SHOOT CHRIS HACKETTS MONSTER WITH RYAN. As this will turn Laura back to human and Laura and cop will then reconcile, giving you achievement.
