After successfully collected 1 tarot card, at the end of the chapter you complete have the old lady tell you more instead of moving on.

If you picked up the Tarot card during the prologue, the reader will appear after "The Quarry" logo does... you can tell her you want to see more, and this achievement will pop just before the "Prologue" achievement does.
