This Achievement sounds daunting, but it's actually very easy to get. I would grab this one alongside The Final Girl and Last Man Standing on the same Playthrough (go into "Chapter Select" after the final scene with Eliza/The Hag of Hackett's Quarry!).
Prologue:
No set-up required. Be rude to Travis (The Cop) if you would like to, but this is a breezy Chapter to get through.
Chapter 1:
Steal the rotor-arm from the van as Jacob. This is so we can kill him off very early in Chapter 3! Break into the cabin as Abigail. Grab the stuffed toy from inside the cabin. This is absolutely crucial, so don't forget it.

No set-up required.
Chapter 3:
Jump back into the water to retrieve the rotor-arm as Jacob. Make sure you grab it when the QTE pops up so that his hand becomes entangled in the barbed wire. Watch as the timer ticks away and Jacob dies. Congratulations! You've killed your first counselor!
Chapter 4:

Chapter 7

The sedatives are in the blue locker, in the last room upstairs (so you know where they are to avoid them). I picked them up without knowing they were there. Fortunately, even if you do pick them up you can still take Travis' gun. You'll get a QTE for the sedatives and if you choose to fail this you'll immediately get the QTE for gun.

This does NOT unlock in movie mode, I found this out the hard way.
Anyway here’s how I killed all my characters.
Jacob: In chapter 4, Jacob may die at the hands of Ryan. Just shoot the bushes when you see a character in them. This way Jacob will be killed, and his body will not be found.
Emma: In the house on the island, simply open the latch. Emma laughs about it during the video. If you open the trapdoor, the she will die instantly.
Abigail: Don’t shoot Nick in the pool house on chapter 6
Nick: Shoot the werewolf in the cage as Laura in chapter 8

Worth mentioning that if Dylan gets infected, you have to cut his hand off, otherwise you cant kill him in the scrapyard. The wolf will just smell him than return back to Kaitlyn. The only other option, if he's infected is to let werewolf Emma kill him when he opens the car in chapter 8.
