HOW TO GET WITHOUT THE TEDDY BEAR ROUTE
Another way to achieve this without the teddy bear is from chapter 9 (assuming you have followed the kill everyone guide, get the sheriff to want to kill you in the jail cell by shooting him instead of sedating and have everyone but Dylan, Kaitlyn, Ryan and Laura dead already) I will just go over the main parts to making this work.
1. Have ryan stabbed and pull the knife out when given the option
2. Refuse to be bitten (or have the sheriff kill you by failing the QTE after killing Chris)
3. When Dylan and Kaitlyn are in the junkyard get to the point when choosing to drop the car or honk the horn. Drop the car and when the spam A option comes up fail it so Kaitlyn gets infected (this is the only way for her to survive at the end WITHOUT the teddy bear from Episode 1) Dylan will then drop it late getting you to the same point in the lodge except Kaitlyn is infected. This is vital to getting this achievement.
4. Shoot Chris and then watch Laura get stabbed to death (This is when the “Sheriff wants to kill you” path comes in). You can also get the achievement for Laura and Travis killing each other if you don’t kill Chris here but you won’t be able to get the final girl just mentioning so you can go back with Chapter select to get that one.
5. Either kill the Sheriff and you will die later from bleeding to death or let the sheriff kill you, up to you.
6. Kill max by making him swim to shore
7. In the lodge go straight to the portrait upstairs and start the attack
8. Wait for the Caleb the werewolf to come to you and DO NOT SHOOT, this will cause Kaitlyn to freak out and run away and then Dylan gets brutally killed
9. Now simply choice to go on the beam and FAIL this QTE. You will fall but survive given you’re infected. This will give you the achievement after listening to the HaG oF HaCKetY QuARy.

I hadn’t chosen to take the bear cause I wanted to see what happens if that door stays locked so this is an alternative route to getting final girl WITHOUT having to redo the whole game. (Given you didn’t follow the guide with the bear like I did).

Thanks! Worked like a charm. I had broken into the dorm at the beginning, but wasn't following a guide for my first playthrough and didn't notive a stuffed animal in there.

Would like to add, you can also get both Travis, Laura and Ryan at the end of CH10 by Silas if you did not get the blood vial in Ch3.

This Achievement sounds daunting, but it's actually very easy to get. I would grab this one alongside Hackett's Quarry Massacre and Last Man Standing on the same Playthrough (go into "Chapter Select" after the final scene with Eliza/The Hag of Hackett's Quarry!).
Prologue:
No set-up required. Be rude to Travis (The Cop) if you would like to, but this is a breezy Chapter to get through.
Chapter 1:
Steal the rotor-arm from the van as Jacob. This is so we can kill him off very early in Chapter 3! Break into the cabin as Abigail. Grab the stuffed toy from inside the cabin. This is absolutely crucial, so don't forget it.
Chapter 2:
No set-up required.
Chapter 3:
Jump back into the water to retrieve the rotor-arm as Jacob. Make sure you grab it when the QTE pops up so that his hand becomes entangled in the barbed wire. Watch as the timer ticks away and Jacob dies. Congratulations! You've killed your first counselor!
Chapter 4:
