There are 5 playing cards hidden about the room. These cards form a Royal Flush. You can find them in the following order.

King of Hearts: Immediately after starting, open the middle drawer of the book case.
Jack of Hearts: On the middle table next to the music box puzzle.
Ace of Hearts: After solving the flipping puzzle, look on the night stand to the right of the bed.
10 of Hearts: After collecting the Ace of Hearts, go to the desk at the opposite end of the room, open the right drawer.
Queen of Hearts: After the flipping puzzle painting disappears, look on the left side of the bed.
