Episode 3 has 5 secrets for 8,500 points. You can follow this site's walkthrough for this game if you need an in depth guide. This guide only discusses what you're looking for:

A thief and a murder
Begin chapter +1000 (1000)
Talk to Adil after solving the baroness safe puzzle (say "riddle solved") +1000 (2000)

Under pressure
Exit through grate +1500 (3500)

Ghost of the past
Find the doctor and finish all dialogs +500 (4000)

A simple plan
Solve triangle puzzle and open secret door +2500 (6500)

A nasty surprise
Use post on glass with diamond and gum +2000 (8500)

Upvoted because I completely missed that first 1000 points simply by not saying "Riddle solved" even though I found all four symbols. Extremely easy to miss!

"Riddle solved" eluded me too. Missed 2 achievements because of this.

Well it looks like everyone missed out on just saying 'riddle solved'. It's a bit of a piss take that the achievement mentions not using hints or help. However you can do that but still miss out because you skip one voice line.

Okay so.... There's no chapter replay function after completing the game? You're telling me I'm gonna have to replay the whole game just to play chapter 3 again?

Just the episode associated with the achievement, yes.

What I mean is there is no episode selection. The only option I have is to restart the game.

Once you have finished the game, select 'New Game' and you can choose Chapter 3 to replay quickly.
