Improve your arsenal to level 2 and study the blueprint for the simplest minigun. Craft two pieces, take them in each hand and hold down both shooting buttons until the achievement appears. There won’t be enough cartridges for continuous fire, but the game doesn’t really care whether you shoot or not, as long as both shooting buttons are held down for 15 seconds.
