These are similar to the anomalies you found in the campaign. You have to go to the metallic world and look for a cube, they are at random locations. To get to the metallic world I went to my main base and waited for a meteoric to hit the surface. I went over there and investigated it. If you follow the prompts it should open up the metallic outpost that will be at the bottom of the outpost screen where you jump to your different ones.
Once you land on the metallic world you can look around for the cube, it looks like it is almost floating. They are at random locations I believe, but I found mine on the top right of the area. You hold
to "discover" it and will get attacked by enemies. I saved before the discovery and used the same cube for all 10.
