Unequip every weapon besides your sword. The moment you have been taken down by any sworm this will pop.
Careful about the quick resume though. Unlocked for me after starting the game „cold“

Just tried this on a custom difficulty survival game, with a cold start and it's not worked.
Think it might have been the custom part. Shall double check

Did this in normal difficulty campaign, as you don't drop weapons on easy difficulty

This could be. I did it on a regular survival match without any adjustments to the difficulty settings
