I did this on survival mode.
After you have completed research on the Arsenal lvl2, you will be two steps away from the minigun, complete the research for that as well and go ahead an craft the minigun two times. It is not that expensive with 75 carbonium and 300 Ironium.
Equip both miniguns (left and right) and let them sing.
It is obvious that those guns drain the ammunition quickly. Just keep the trigger pulled, the achievements will pop right after the fifteen seconds. Even if you run out of ammo after 7-8 seconds - just keep the trigger pulled until it pops…

Thank you. This will be easy then. I was wondering about needing ammo storages or something for continuous fire. Good to know it works even without ammo! Ha!

FYI: Didn’t unlock for me after running out of ammo about 10 seconds into trying this, so a patch may have changed this (or the achievement may be bugged)
