You just need to blow up something that the nazi's are standing on or around eg. tank, sinper tower etc..

I got this achievement by climbing the Eiffel Tower. You also get "Top o' the world" for climbing it as well. 20G for both achievements. And if you jump off and survive you get 15G so a possible 35G from just climbing the Eiffel Tower.

The Ambient freeplay targets become accessible after you begin working for Santos. Pick any one of the 1,300+ white dots, take it out, and the trophy should be yours.
