This is story related achievement and it will unlock whilst playing through the story missions. This specific achievement will be after you have rescued Vittorie and Veronique from their burning house after escaping from Germany. It should unlock after the cutscene of Sean arriving in Paris.

Into the Fire - You reached Paris,
Ater your escaped from Germany you drive through the country-side while it's under attack by Germans, drive through the gate by the farm and save Vi.... here outside the farm, there are some Germans walking outside the farm.
Go inside and kill the Germans inside and save the daughter of the Old Man. Get outside and go back to Paris, maybe this even will happen by Cut-Scene but that I don't know anymore :P
After this mission when your ablo to walk free around for a while you can smash with a Car trough German Gates that are for Traffic Control that are around your Starting Area (Red Coution Signs on roads & bridges).
