Out of the Frying Pan - You escaped from Germany,
After the cut-scene where your friends gets killed you need first to fight your way through the Weard Building (they don't really heard about human rights here), after you exit the first time you need to climb up and go on a other place the building in again.
When you get out again fight your way through the gate and Hijack the nearest Car, race through "Saarbrucken" but look out for German Tiger-Tanks on some roads (this is following again the yellow line), on a sudden moment you see the Bridge again, cross it and the achievement is yours.
