How to unlock the Walking WMD achievement in The Saboteur - Definitive Guide
The following areas need to be cleared to receive this achievement:
Eiffel
Montparnasse
Saint Germain
Chinatown
Latin Quarter
and finally, any freeplay events crossing between a line between Centre and Paris Area 3 or the Fairgrounds and Paris Area 3 also need to be completed.
The EASIEST way to get this achievement is to first beat the game, get all the gold perks, then equip a panzershreck and the other rocket launcher (forgot the name, has 3 ammo total) Go out and blast stuff, with rockets and with RDX/Dynamite, when you run out of ammo, Hold select and press your right analog stick down to call in a getaway car, with the getaway car will be a guy who you can buy weapons and ammo from. Repeat this for an easy achievement.
NOTE: THERE ARE A TOTAL OF 241 FREEPLAY EVENTS IN THIS AREA. YOU ONLY NEED 239 SO YOU CAN MISS 2 FREEPLAY EVENTS AND STILL GET THE ACHIEVEMENT!

Credit to Tyger7 and ShazamFTW on Xbox360achievements.com for this glitch. Check http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=23...
** small spoilers **
The last mission sends you to the Eiffel tower. DO NOT complete it. Take the two elevators up to the third floor, then take them right back down. The Nazis will now ignore you (unless you melee them). You can destroy at will. See link for full details.
Some hints before embarking...
1) Save often, in duplicate slots. When you die, the game keeps your progress and you just reset the glitch, but if you shut off your machine, you will lose progress without a save to go back to. Also, the game seems to revert to the last autosave when you reboot, meaning, always reload your last manual save. Check your map often to ensure you are working on the right save. If dots re-appear, go back to another save.
2) Every time you "reset" the glitch, you will want to rearm yourself with the Panzerfast and the other explosive weapon ??. If you can have these weapons and ammo before accepting the last mission from Bishop. You can save some time. Not sure if there is a break to allow this.
3) If you have to call a car with shopkeeper, do it in a quiet area as the Nazis cannot stay away form this guy and he also runs for them. It makes shopping difficult. Hitting "Y" is like a QTE with him anyway.
4) Before accepting the mission from Bishop, be sure to have your best vehicle set as your getaway car. Otherwise, the junker shows up. (Mine reverted back to Junker eventually anyway for some reason).
That's it. Happy Saboteuring.

WHAT TO DO: You must complete almost all of the Freeplay event markers located in Paris Area 3. The ambient freeplay events are marked by white dots on your mini map if you buy the map from the arms dealer. 100% of the events are not required for the achievement; there will be 1 or 2 more in each area then are required, so if one is giving you trouble (most likely it requires climbing), there isn’t harm in skipping over it.
WHERE: Paris Area 3 is generally the southern area of Paris. It is below the river that runs East to West through Paris. This is the last portion of the city that you can gain access to through the checkpoints, when following the storyline, and has the Eiffel Tower in it.
TIPS:
My loadout is usually the Viper SMG and Panzerchrek. The Viper is a great all around weapon that is silenced, so you can work without alerting the enemy if you are careful. The Panzerchrek can destroy just about any event marker with a direct hit and is very useful to take something out that is out of your range. (Thanks to Stokie Stallion for this idea.)
Save often and play on Easy difficulty. If you haven’t saved recently, and you die, choose the “Return to HQ “option to keep your progress. Any time I run out of Explosives or Panzerchrek ammo, I save and kill myself to reload and grab more equipment or use the getaway car with the arms dealer to reload. The difficulty does not affect this achievement, so it is easiest to get when you set the game to Casual.
Use the lights for climbing! Many of the big buildings that have a viewpoint at the top are very difficult to climb if you do not know what to look for. There will be an area with lights along the side that create a path to the top. Many of these areas are “Under Construction” and will have scaffolding, but some will just be a series of hand-holes to climb. The Lights will look like simple lanterns with a yellow glow coming from them.
Good luck, and stay patient!

Paris Area 3 is the Southern section of the city. There are slightly more than 239 ambient freeplay events available so if you are having trouble with one in particular, just leave it and move on. When the trophy pops, there will be a handful of events left over in the area. Be aware though that there can be a slight overlap in areas so don't panic if it does not pop when you think it should, just keep at it and the trophy will pop.
If you are not sure of the area referred to as Paris Area 3, then see this map:
