Story related, cannot be missed. I have put the necessary steps below in the spoiler tags for anyone having difficulty with the puzzle.

This part of the game takes place after you have saved Aurum and Thanos. You will start in the basement at the bottom of the secret lift. Your objective is to solve three puzzles to provide power to unlock a door. Unlike previous puzzles, any puzzle you complete will stay completed when the day resets.

Exit the starting room by the only door, then walk through the corridor into a room with four doors, one on each wall. I'll be referring to this room as "the crossroads" in this solution, and labelling the doors by the compass directions they have on the map - the door you entered the room by is "west".

Puzzle #1: The Tree
From the crossroads:
- Take the East door, then walk through the room with the glass walkway overhead to exit via the only door. You'll be facing the large door you must unlock.
- Take the left door to enter a corridor with four doors. Enter the one closest to you on the left wall, to find yourself in what appears to be a prison cell.
- Pick up the cup in the bottom corner of the room, then fill it by carrying it to the large tub of water and interacting with it.
- Carry the filled cup to the tree, and interact with it to water it.
- Repeat this process on three separate days to restart the puzzle. The most efficient way to solve the puzzle is to restart the day

as soon as you've watered the tree, then repeat the above steps. Alternatively, you can play out the day by exploring the rooms in the basement for collectibles and solving the other puzzles (Puzzle #3 also takes place in a room off this corridor).
- Either way, when you have watered the tree on three separate days, the puzzle is solved.

Puzzle #2: The Graveyard
From the crossroads:
- Take the north door to enter a kitchen area.
- Interact with the dumbwaiter in the top left corner of the room after 2:15pm to collect the statue arm.
- Return to the crossroads, and take the East door. Walk through the room with the glass walkway overhead, and enter the room with the door to be unlocked.
- Take the right door in this room, then interact with the statue in this corridor to replace its arm, then interact again to pull its arm.
- Walk through the door that appears to find yourself in a graveyard. Collect the red rose from the centre of the room, then interact with the rightmost grave ("Aurum Runes") to swap the red flower for a purple one.
- Take the purple flower to the middle grave ("Redd Rockridge") and swap it for the grey flower. You will see a notification that the flower has taken root.
- Carry the grey flower to the left grave ("Clay Rockridge") and swap it for the gold flower. Again, you will see a notification that the flower has taken root.
- Carry the gold flower to the right grave, and swap it for the red flower. The flower takes root, and the tomb in the centre opens.
- Place the red flower in the tomb that just opened to complete this puzzle.

Puzzle #3: The Medical Room
From the crossroads:
- Take the East door, walk through the room with the glass walkway, and return to the room with the large door.
- Take the left door to the corridor with four doors, where you solved the tree puzzle. Enter the one farthest from you on the right wall, to find yourself in what appears to be a medical room, with a covered body lying on a table in the centre of the room.
- There are five switches you must press in this room, in the following order:
1. The large black machine in the top left corner of the room.
2. The smaller machine console immediately below the first one.
3. The wide console with one large red button and a panel of smaller red buttons, in the bottom right corner of the room.
4. The small panel in the bottom left of the room.
5. The red button at the head of the table on which the body is lying.

Once all three puzzles are solved, the door will unlock. Return to this room and enter the door to view a scene with some dialogue, and unlock the achievement!

Story-related and unmissable. You’ll earn this after completing the story sequence that follows saving Aurum and Thanos.

You’ll find yourself in the mansion’s basement. To complete this sequence, you’ll need to take the following steps (please be aware, these provide an explicit solution to the scenario):

Go two rooms east, then one north. Wait until after 2.15pm, then check the dumbwaiter to collect the statue arm.
Go back to the south, then two rooms further to the east and one south. Using the statue arm, interact with the statue here and it will disappear. Enter the door behind it.
In this room, you’ll need to rearrange the flowers so that they match with the correct gravestone – the flowers will take root once correctly placed. The purple flower goes to the middle grave, light grey with the leftmost grave, gold with the rightmost grave and finally, red with the new gravestone that then appears.
Leave this room, go north twice and enter the north-western room from here.
In this room, you need to press the five buttons in the correct order. Start at the top-left, then the button directly below it, the one to the far right, then the bottom-left and finally the middle button, in front of the covered body.
Leave the room and enter the south-eastern room from here. Pick up the goblet, collect some water from the trough in this room and water the tree.
Reset time, return to the room that you were just in and water the tree again. Repeat this one further time – you’ll notice that the tree grows larger each time.
The large central door that you’ll have passed in front of a few times now should open. Enter here and after the story sequence plays out, you should earn this trophy.
