A man in a gold mask walks around the mansion. The first time you see him, you unlock this achievement.
One way to unlock it is to wait in the room with a narrow walkway and a massive window, just North of where you first enter the main mansion. He eventually walks across the walkway.
The simplest way to unlock this is to play through the story. If you've not already met him, you'll unlock this automatically a little under halfway through, after gaining the power to shatter glass.

This didn't unlock for me on the first play through...
On a second playthrough I tried to find him in the room described, but he never walked through. Occasionally I saw him whilst moving about the mansion, but only ever leaving a room as I entered it - which didn't unlock this either.
Finally unlocked after the gaining the shatter glass power on the 2nd attempt.

If it did not unlock after the theater cutscene, quit the game to the dashboard and close it. Start the game again, continue, go back in the theater (up) and after watching the cutscene a second time, the achievement unlocked for me.
