You will get this trophy at the end of stage 2, when you beat the giant Krusty the clown head. Make sure you start from stage 1 and play up until the end of stage 2.

At the end of the second level after the boss, the ground beneath you will break and you will fall to level 3. The main thing here is to play from the first level, so if you play online and want a trophy, then do not join the game if it does not start from the first level.

Story medal! Just play the game first and at the end of the second level, as soon as you kill the boss, you will receive a medal automatically.
