Pretty simple, you will have to protect the ice cream trucks for 5 waves from the cat women, you have 4:00 minutes to do so and is way more than enough time needed. If you have played Missile Command this will be familiar territory :)

If you are REALLY having trouble, which is unlikely, then you can use Lisa's sax to have the cats attack each other (they actually will go right to the other cats if they are close enough). Just make sure to take down any that get too close to the trucks.
