In France, one Duff cap and one Koupon were driving me crazy.
The Koupon is on the North end of town next to a tree. Bounce on the awning, walk a few meters to the left, and keep jumping until you get on top of a ledge that doesn't look useable, but is. Walk over the window and down the ledge until you get to the tree. You can jump onto the top of the tree and from there you can get the Koupon.
To get the Duff cap on top of the church, go to the church door that leads into the Doom joke. Don't go in, but instead go around to the right and climb up. When you get to the vines and the visual cue of Bart's head, go to the right where there is an angled gable. Get to the other side of the gable so that you are angled towards the church. Homberall using that angle to get to the lower part of the church roof. Face the steep angle of the church roof and Homerball up to the top of the roof.
