How to unlock the Fired Up achievement in The Sims 4 - Definitive Guide

To do this, you can either buy all 3 Fitness books (which'll rank you up to level 9) and/or buy gym equipment ($160-$3,250) and keep practicing on them. You can also go for jogs too to improve the skill.
If you use the 3 books, you can only level up to level 9, so you will have to choose one of the other options too.
Apparently if you load up household Caliente it'll pop straight away, I haven't tried this but if you would like to then be my guest.

I loaded premade sim household "Caliente" and this popped without me doing anything.

if just looking for the achievement itself, the sims 4 community has families you can download from the gallery that already have maxed out fitness skill (or just about to reach it), so that is the quickest option available

An easy solution is to bring a sim with a high fitness level (preferably already at 10) into your household. I had my sim marry a gym trainer. The achievement popped the moment that sim moved in to my household. I would assume this would also work with the "Move In" option when talking with a sim.

To unlock the Fired Up trophy in The Sims 4, you will need to reach level 10 in the Fitness skill.

The quickest way to reach level 10 in the Fitness skill is to buy the three Fitness books which will bring you up to level 9, and then buy gym equipment/go for a jog and keep doing it until you complete the final level.

Once you reach level 10 in the Fitness skill, the trophy will unlock.

The Fitness Skill is required for the Astronaut Career (both Branches) and the Athlete Career (both Branches). It’s leveled up by working out on any equipment as well as going for out for jogs.

Your skill with increase faster if you have the “Energized” Moodlet active. Unfortunately, this is one of the two Moodlets you can’t just paint an Emotional Aura painting for. There are two different ways to get it. In the store, can purchase the You've Got Talent Award for 745 Simoleons, but it requires you to have Entertainment Career Level 6 before you can purchase it. If you use this method, place the Award by your exercise equipment and turn on the Emotional Aura. When you’re close by, you will have the Moodlet.

An alternative is to just take a “Brisk Shower” which will give you a 4 hour Energized Moodlet.

While Energized, just keep working out (both regular and ‘push yourself’) and when you reach Level 10 (Max Level), the trophy will unlock.

If you are completing Aspirations for aspiration points, you want to work on Athletic - Bodybuilder one while leveling up this skill.
