1: Check lots to find a ghost or get one to move into your lot.
2: Select lot with ghost and click manage household.
3: Edit ghost in create a sim. If there are non ghosts in your household, move them out first or delete them in create a sim.
4: Save ghost to your library.
5: Create new sim from your library.
6: Place ghost into your household.
7: Repeat steps 5 & 6 a further 6 times (so you have 8 ghost sims in total).
Not needed, confirmed working if they're just roommates. Thanks, risseless.
9: Once you have your 8 ghost sims, click on play. Select the household you edited and once you've clicked play again, the achievment should pop just as it's done loading.

Select New Game (Dismiss Tutorial if this comes up).
Scroll right and select 'Open the Gallery'.
Search for 'Ghost Family' and download the family made by 'Misier'.
Select 'Place Household' and choose Replace. After this go to the bottom right and press 'Play'.
Next choose 'Willow Creek' & then 'Streamlet Single'. Press confirm to load up the map.
The achievement should pop within a few seconds.

If you go to 0:24 of his video and follow along you will download all 9 saves from his tag you will get ALL the achievements from this game. After downloading all 9 worlds you will start a new game, skip tutorial (Select dont ask me again if you havent already), and open gallery. Hit
over to "My library" select "Ghost family trophy", head down to bottom right to place household, replace, select yes, and then hit play. Once loaded select "Willow Creek", from there select "Streamlet Single" confirm and then play. You can combine this trophy with the trophy below:
Set up a new family of eight Sims, and lock seven of them in an empty room until they eventually die. Have your 8th Sim befriend the ghost Sims as they appear until you have the option to ask them to move in.
Once all 7 ghost Sims have moved in, lock the 8th (alive) Sim in a room until they die, and then befriend their ghost with your now playable Ghosts until you can ask them to move in as well.
You will also unlock the trophy below once whilst you unlock this trophy:

If you haven’t already, you’ll also earn Full House after setting this up.
Firstly, you will want at least one playable ghost Sim. To do this however, you’ll need a Sim to die to have a ghost spawn in. As mentioned in Black Widow, all you need to do is trap a Sim within your household in an empty room (with no door) so that they starve to death. It takes approximately 2-3 days for them to die. An urn will be left behind when they do. Keep this in your house and do not select “Release Spirit to Netherworld”. Doing this is essentially letting them find peace which will therefore result in their ghost no longer spawning. In fact don't touch it all, just leave it be.
Every so often, the ghost will spawn from out of the urn and hover around the house for a few hours. You need to make the most of this time to build up your relationship with them so that both your friendship and romance bars are maxed out. Having them maxed will allow you to invite the ghost to move in and thus they’ll become a controllable sim. You will earn Ghostly from doing this.
Now that you have a ghost Sim, save your game and head into Manage Worlds then Manage Households. Select your household with the ghost then transfer the ghost Sim (arrow symbol) into an empty household. Now select this household with just the ghost in and select Create a Sim (pencil symbol), then “Save Household” at the top right. You now have this household saved to your library.
Now you can start duplicating your ghost Sim. Click “Add a Sim” at the bottom left then choose “Add Sim from My Library”. Select the household that you’ve just saved then select “Place Household”. You’ll be back at the Create a Sim screen and now have 2 ghosts at the bottom, repeat this 6 more times to fill the household then click the “Play” tick once you’re done. Select this household then move it (lorry/truck symbol) into an empty lot then confirm. Now all you have to do is select the lot and play, the trophy will pop once you’ve loaded into the game.
