So, to do that,you need to do the following :
Step 1 : Press
, it should open a command box on the top left corner of your screen, press 
Step 2 : Type the following into your command box Traits.equip_trait SteelBladder and then press Start to gain the trait SteelBladder.
Step 3 : Now repeat step 2 but instead of SteelBladder, enter the following traits :
Needs traits : NeverWeary (Energy need never decrease), ForeverFresh (Hygiene need never decrease), ForeverFull (Hunger need never decrease), NeedsNoOne (Social need never decrease). The only need that will keep going down, depending on the skill you're mastering is the "Fun" one.
Useful traits : The most important trait comes first Connections (Let you start your career at the 4th position of the job!!), Savant (Helps learn skills faster), Entrepreneurial (Helps you fill your promotion bar faster), MorningSim (Helps learn skills faster in the morning)/NightOwl (Helps learn skills faster during the night), sadly only one of those two can be picked.

Once you are done adding all required traits, you can accept the Astronaut career and if you did add Connections, you will start straight at the 4th position of the career. Now what you want to do is, ONLY focus on your job since your needs will always be full, you can make sure to always fulfill the requirement for the job, such as going to space once you reach a certain position in the job. Also, if you maxed Charisma, you can call and ask for a bonus once a week. It will give you a cash bonus and a boost in your promotion bar! It is a great help to reduce the grind.
This works for every job related achievement.

Resolute, Velvet
There are two branches to the Astronaut Career: Interstellar Smuggler and Space Ranger. Only one is required for the trophy.
Both Branches:
Skills Required: Fitness Level 10, Rocket Science Level 4
Daily Tasks: Play Chess, Work Out
Recommended Moodlet: Focused and Energized
While at home, you can use the “Focused Painting” trick, however, you want to be Focused when you actually go to work and for as long as possible while there. The easy way to do this is on the Chess Table. When you get the notification that your carpool will arrive in an hour, choose to “Play Chess” at the Chess Table. This will take about an hour (so you won’t be “late” to work) and will give you the Focused Moodlet for 4 hours. Unfortunately, this is the longest time period available for this Moodlet so it’ll have to do.
For Energized, unfortunately you can’t just create an “Energized Painting” to use while working on your Daily Tasks. When you actually have to go to work, there are a few ways to get Energized;
- Take a Brisk Shower
- Drink Coffee
- Take a Nap
When you have about 2 hours left before work, take a brisk shower and then immediately drink coffee. This will stack two Energized Moodlets for you to go through while you are at work.
Make sure the needs bars for your Sim are all in the green as well. Each promotion will take anywhere between 2-4 days (the latter promotions will take about 4). As soon as you reach Level 10 of either branch, the trophy will unlock.
