This trophy can be earned at the end of the Through the Looking Glass side mission. This mission is obtained after completing the A Delicate Matter Side Mission, which is given to you by Robert Throgmorton at the end of the Lost at Sea Story Mission, which is the second story mission.

To earn this trophy, allow Bethany to keep the mirror. Bethany is a little off, and the results of this choice are pretty disturbing, but... trophy.

Second quest from Throgmorton. You need to make a save in the Mirror Man's house after breaking the small mirror (for the Family Reunion trophy). To earn this trophy you need to select Leave the mirror to Mother in a dialogue with the old woman. After you report to Throgmorton, you will receive the trophy
