How to unlock the First, Do No Harm achievement in The Sinking City - Definitive Guide

In Coverside (the middle far east of the map) there will be a doctors office. After the sequence where you investigate an attack between some sailors on the dock you will need to go to that office in order to progress the game. HOWEVER this achievement is 100% MISSABLE in order to get it you must talk to the head doctor in the office and he will ask you if you want to try an experimental drug. Make sure you say yes and take it. After you take the drug your achievement will pop.

When you end up in a hospital in the story, the doctor will offer you treatment - agree.
