The Sinking City

This is the second tear you see when you come down the hill at the end of the game by a pedestal in the middle of the area. Make sure you save before you go in and you will be able to reload and get the other two endings achievements without having to replay the whole game.

Taking this tear ends the game by ending the cycle as the achievement description states.
