Just finish the first world, the Enchanted Forest (it's made by 5 levels and a final Boss).
Easy and fun (short levels I must add), just advance trying to get the True Blue on every level (you'll need it for another achievement).
The final Boss is a grown up frog, just stay away from the bubbles and if you see it jumping, look for the shadow to see where it's gonna land. Wait till you see an arrow over it to jump at his head. Rinse and repeat.
If you manage to defeat it without taking damage you'll get another achievement.
