Hackus and Vexi are the Boss of the World 3, defeat them without taking damage. As in all Boss, use Clumsy to make a roll by pressing X to evade attack.
If you are hit, let him kill you to start again the Level.
Press Start between each attack to watch the video.

World 3 is called New York

This is the boss at the end of the New York world. In this fight you will be fighting both Hackus and Vexi at the same time. Not a tough fight, but can get a little hard towards the end of the fight. Also it seems that the pattern the moves are in switch every time you replay this fight. Focus on taking out one of the enemies at a time.
Using Clumsy is recommended because his tumble skill is very helpful.
