Just finish the first level of the Enchanted Forest and you'll get the achievement, this level is short and easy, it serves as the game tutorial so you'll have no problems.

Try to get the True Blue, and if you can, keep in true blue for 30 seconds to get another achievement. You can keep it longer if you defeat animals while in true blue and get the potions they left behind.
