You actually need to do this 100 times, not 25 like it says in the description.
I recommend using level 1-6 (the one with the portal picture) in adventure mode, as this sets you up with a rainbow piece as your first move.
Once you've used the power up, restart the level. Repeat as needed for the achievement.
