After the opening sequence, and you've picked up the WILSON unit, the game will prompt you on the next steps to take to survive. Use the two rocks nearby to sharpen one (when the plus sign turns orange, while holding another rock, you'll be able to sharpen the one on the ground), and cut the mesh o crawl out of the wreckage. Keep the sharpened rock. There will be Survival Journal pages on the ground leading to a cave, look down at them and read them. On the way to the cave, there will be a pipe - pick it up, take it and the sharpened rock to the cave in front of you glowing blue-white. Cut vines down from the left wall, combine (like you made a sharp rock) the brambles with the pipe to make a torch. Take the torch then out of the cave and look for a waist-high blue drum of oil nearby (within the area of wreckage), dip the torch inside, then take the torch to the nearby sputtering engine bell emitting blue flame. Once the torch lights, DING! Achievement!
